Before, reply, if any, could be called upon from the respondents, Mr. Tara Singh Chauhan, learned counsel representing respondent No.4, states that in terms of the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, pension has been authorized in favour of the petitioner. Having carefully perused PPO dated 12.08.2025, placed on record by learned counsel, this Court finds merit in the submission of learned counsel for respondent No.4 that in terms of aforesaid PPO, petitioner has been authorized pension to the tune of Rs. 20,500/-. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that pension in terms of PPO, if not already paid, be paid expeditiously to the petitioner.
