This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.44078 of 2021 (State Vs. Anil Chauhan and others), arising out of case crime No. 180 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station Phase-3, District Gautam Budh Nagar within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2021, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Complaint Case No.44078 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
