JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER 16.01.2025 Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14.01.2025, Mr. Zoramchhana, learned Standing Counsel, AMC has obtained instructions. He has produced a Letter dated 14.01.2025 written by the Municipal Commissioner, AMC to the Under Secretary to the Govt. of Mizoram, UD&PA Department, requesting the repatriation of the 3 (three) petitioners since they are under Staff. However, response tot he said letter is yet to be made by the Government. Having regard to such development, it appears that the writ petition is only pre- mature at this stage. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again should the need arise.
