CMP No. 20768 of 2025 In the case at hand, the entire compensation amount awarded was a sum of Rs.7,97,600/- alongwith interest at the rate of 12% per annum w.e.f. 14.4.2015. In pursuance to the aforesaid award, an amount of approximately Rs.14,00,000/- is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, out of which, the share of the present applicant is Rs.10,49,271/-. On previous two occasions i.e. 4.11.2022 and 17.10.2024, a sum of Rs.3 lacs and two lacs, respectively were released in favour of the applicant. In view thereof, application stands disposed of.
