Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This present writ petition has been preferred with following prayer: " issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider and decide the representations dated 17.05.2024 and 18.11.2024 of the petitioner sent in compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.05.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.3265 of 2024 (Gautam Singh v. State of U.P. and others)." 3. In present petition, the petitioner has prayed for transfer of investigation of the case from respondent no.3 to CBCID. 4. In counter affidavit filed by Superintendent of Police, Ghazipur, in paragraph-10, he has stated that if the investigation of present case is conducted by CBCID, he has no objection. He has further averred that a letter in this regard has been written to Principal Secretary (Home), Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. 5. The investigation of Case Crime No.0077 of 2025 under Sections 302 and 120-B I.P.C. registered at Police Station Karimuddinpur, District Ghazipur shall stand transferred to CBCID, Lucknow. The investigation of this case shall be carried out by the CBCID within the statutory period provided by law 6. In view of the above, this writ petition is allowed.
