Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department, dated 25.09.2025. Copy of the Written Instruction is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the Finance Department has received the File Computer No.1988053 for release of amount of Rs.12,50,000/- towards the payment of pending Bill for coverage of videography during the MLC Elections. 4. In view of the above Written Instruction, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to the Finance Department as well as the Administrative Department to complete the entire 2 process both Inter Departmental and Intra Departmental by mutual cooperation and coordination within eight weeks from today and transfer the said amounts, to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter after making the legally admissible statutory dedications, if any. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the competent authority within one week from today. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. ____________ GRKP, J JKS 3
