ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.2 in passing the orders on the proposal of respondent No.4 in Rc.No.4455/A1/RVM(SSA)/2012, dated 22.03.2018 to allow the petitioner to join duty as Assistant Alternative Schooling Coordinator (A.A.L.S.Coordinator) after completion of medical leave with prior permission from 04.01.2018 to 12.03.2018 in spite of the petitioner submitting joining report on 13.03.2018 along with fitness certificate so as to discharge his functions under the control of respondent No.4 as bad,

illegal, arbitrary and denial petitioner’s right to work and livelihood which offends Articles 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India.”

Sri S.Charan, learned counsel appearing for R.Sudha Rani, learned Standing Counsel for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, appearing for respondents 2 to 4 on instructions received from the District Education Officer, dated 06.03.2025 would submit that the interim order passed by this Court in IA No.1 of 2018 dated 25.04.2018 has been complied with by the respondent authorities and no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
3. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
