Ningthou Singh, is the sole revision petitioner and the sole writ petitioner. Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel who was representing the revision petitioner and the writ petitioner is before this Court. Mr. K. Satyajeet, learned counsel for R1 & R2 in the Civil Revision Petition (CRP) and Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Deputy Government Advocate (State counsel) for all the official respondents in the Writ Petition (WP), are before this Court. This Court is informed by all the afore-referred counsel that sole revision petitioner and sole writ petitioner viz., Shri Ngangom Tombi Singh, is no more and his date of demise is 06.03.2024. Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel who was representing the afore- referred late revision petitioner/writ petitioner, submits that he has no instructions from the legal heirs of sole revision petitioner/writ petitioner and he has also returned all the papers to the legal heirs. This submission is recorded.
