It is the case of the petitioner that he was allotted land an extent of Ac.0.49 cents of Survey No.414 at 56 Yalakallu village, Venkatagiri Kota, Mandal, Chittoor district by the 5th respondent. 2. It is the further case of the petitioner that he is cultivating the same for his livelihood without any interruption. It is further case of the petitioner that, while so, respondent No.5 tried to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without issuing any notice and without following the procedure contemplated under law, on the ground that the subject land is required to allot in favour of landless poor persons under the scheme of ‘Navaratnalu - Pedalandariki illu'. Questioning the said action, the present writ petition is filed. 3. This court at the stage of admission by order dated 20.11.2020, directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. 4. Pursuant to the order, the petitioner claims that he is in continuous possession of the subject land. During the course of 3 hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that no action is initiated against the petitioner subsequent to the interim order passed by this Court. 5. Having considered the submissions made by both the counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land except in accordance with law.
