The petitioner also paid the requisite fee on 14.02.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite making the payment, the 3'^'^ respondent has not released the power supply. 3. Learned Standing counsel submits that on verification, the electricity connection for the petitioner’s house bearing No.1-149 exists. The petitioner could not point out the partition of the house. 4. 3 5. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house was partitioned and the petitioner is residing in a separate portion. As seen from Ex.P.1 receipt filed by the petitioner, the petitioner paid the amount on 14.02.2023, seeking service connection. The 3^'^ respondent should have passed a speaking order pointing out deficiency, if any. Learned counsel for the 3'"'^ respondent submits that the 3'"'^ respondent will pass a speaking order. 6. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the 3'^ respondent to pass a speaking order in pursuance of Ex.P.1 application made by the petitioner within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
