Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General with Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C.Verma, Additional Advocate Generals and Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondent-State. While placing on record communication dated 29.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of order dated 25.07.2025 passed in purported compliance of the judgment, sought to be executed, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands duly complied with. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as office order, which are taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned Deputy Advocate General. It is apparent from aforesaid communications that Principal concerned of the school has been directed to fix the pay of Lecturer school in regular scale of Rs. 10300-34800+422 Grade Pay with initiate start of Rs. 12090+4200 Grade pay and other allowances as admissible from time to time, but arrears has been ordered to be released as per Finance Department Instructions dated 15.12.2011 and 07.01.2012. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application and accordingly same is disposed of with, a direction to the Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh to ensure that arrears pursuant to aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
