The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 3. On 22.05.2025, at about 05:00 P.M., Patratu Police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from Garaiwatand Railway Station. On search, 25.709 kgs of cannabis were recovered from their joint possession. The quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of commercial quantity. 4.
