[2] Ms. Nikita M., learned State Counsel for applicants in MC, adverting to the MC petition, more particularly the tabulation thereat in paragraph No. 6 and submits that the tabulation explains the manner in which time was consumed which resulted in the delay. It is not necessary to dilate on this or delve into the details as Mr. S. Appolo Singh, learned counsel for respondents who is before us on the V.C. (Video Conferencing) platform very fairly submits that the CoD application is not being opposed.
