Wasim Khan are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. 4. It has been submitted that ₹20,000/- have been deposited before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nahan, District Sirmour, HP, which are to be disbursed to the respondent/complainant as per the terms of compromise. 5. In view of this statement, an amount ₹20,000/- is ordered to be disbursed to the complainant by remitting the same to his bank account, upon furnishing the bank details. 6.
