JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL JUDGMENT This Court vide order dated 11.03.2025 noted that the learned counsel for the appellant was absent and the office has raised the new objection recently to make the complainant as respondent No.2. Hence, the learned counsel for the appellant was directed to take steps to bring the respondent No.2/complainant as party to the proceedings and adjourned the matter to 20.03.2025. On 20.03.2025 also the learned counsel for the appellant was absent and this Court made an observation that inspite of time was granted on 11.03.2025, till date not taken any steps to make the complainant as respondent No.2 in the proceedings and finally two weeks time was granted to do the needful. 2. Today also the learned counsel for the appellant is absent and not pursuing the matter diligently. No grounds to adjourn the matter once again. Hence, the criminal appeal is dismissed.
