On 25.11.2024, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has submitted that a total balance payable to the petitioner is Rs.22.48 lacs by TLMD III and Rs. 19.92 lacs by TLMD V amounting to Rs.42.40 lacs which has been requisitioned from the administrative department. 03. The balance amount of Rs.42.40 lacs has been deposited in the Registry on 05.02.2025. Sr. No. 07 2 CPC No.1/2019 04. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that they are in satisfaction of orders dated 09.10.2018 and 27.11.2018. This amount be released in favour of the petitioners by the Registrar Judicial of this Court after proper identification/verification by their counsel. 05. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 18.09.2024 stands complied, as such, nothing survives for further consideration in the contempt petition. 06. Accordingly, the proceedings in this contempt petition are closed.
