Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development furnished a letter addressed by the Executive Engineer, PRI Division, Adoni, to the office of the Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, vide Lr.No.A2/Court Cases/2024, dated 09.01.2025, wNch shall form part of the record. 3. 2 / 4. As seen from the remarks column of aforesaid proceedings, it transpires that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition without awaiting scrutiny of bill raised, and further elucidates that a letter addressed to the ENC, PR, Vijayawada, through 19 H form for release of grant. Eventually, it is stated that when the amount is released by the competent authority, payment will be arranged to the petitioner. The respondents are not disputing the execution of the work done by the petitioner and the amount due to the petitioner herein. 5. As the respondehts are not disputing the execution of the work done by the petitioner and the amount due to the petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to disposed of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to pay the admitted amount of Rs.2,86,727/- to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner is entitled to interest at 9% per annum from the date of this order till the date of realization. For the due amount, the petitioner is entitled to negotiate with the respondents. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
