The petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 3 i.e., Kanpur Development Authority, Kanpur, to mutate the name of the petitioner over residential House No. - MIG-27, Barra, Kanpur Nagar on the basis of Will dated 14.07.2005 allegedly executed in favour of the petitioner by Smt. Kamal Sareen. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2024 filed in this behalf be directed to be decided by the respondent Development Authority. 3. Counsel for the respondent Development Authority submits that the representation has not been received in the office of the Development Authority. 4. In the circumstances aforesaid, we leave it open to the petitioner to move a fresh application before respondent no.3 alongwith true attested copy of the instant order and in which event the same will be decided by the respondent no.3 within six weeks from the date of receipt of the application after due notice to rival claimant, if any. 5.
