ORDER:
1. It is the case of the petitioner that he was allotted land an extent of Ac.0.03 cents in plot No.221 of Survey No.967 of Madalakavaripalli village, Badvel Sub Division, YSR Kadapa district by the 6th respondent.
2. It is the further case of the petitioner that he applied for construction of the building on the said land and the same is pending for consideration. It is further case of the petitioner that, while so, respondent Nos.6 and 7 tried to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without issuing any notice and without following the procedure contemplated under law, on the ground that the subject land is required for the construction of Grama Sachivalayam. Questioning the said action, the present writ petition is filed.
3. This court at the stage of admission by order dated 18.11.2020, directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land, without following due process of law.

4. Pursuant to the order, the petitioner claims that the he continued to be in continuing in possession of the same. During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that no action is initiated against the petitioner subsequent to the interim order passed by this Court.
5. Having considered the submissions made by the both the counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land except in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
