The petitioner has sought for the following relief: "a) ISSUE a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent bank to furnish the details of outstanding and all the documents furnished at the time of obtaining the loan pertaining to the three loan account i.e. 102200000081 and 102200000461 and 101900000039, under the fact and circumstance of the case." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent ought to furnish the details sought for. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent - Bank upon appearance submits that in light of the limited prayer - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22211 WP No. 11374 of 2025 made, they would furnish the details as sought for in Prayer - (a). 4. In light of the stand of the respondent, petition is disposed off. 5.
