Baruah, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that a minor correction/modification of the order dated 27/05/2025 passed in WP(C) 8/2023 needs to be made, inasmuch as, the phrase “Show Cause Notice dated 25/08/2022” at paragraphs 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 & 10 of the said order is to be replaced by the phrase “fact finding letter dated 25/08/2022”. On reading the contents of the writ petition, this Court finds that the said letter Page No.# 2/2 dated 25/08/2022 is a fact finding letter and not a show cause notice. In view of the above, the phrase “show cause notice dated 25/08/2022” at paragraphs 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 & 10 is substituted/replaced by the phrase “fact finding letter dated 25/08/2022”.
