The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 57 of 2025 arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 66 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. On 26.11.2024, at about 08:00 A.M., informant came to know that dead body of his brother was lying near Rungta Gate No. 5. Informant went to the place of occurrence and found that his brother was murdered. Suspicion has been raised upon the named accused persons that due to previous enmity, they might have committed the murder of his brother. 4. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and he confessed his guilt and, on his confession, bloodstained stone which was used in committing the murder of the deceased was recovered. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is no F.S.L. Report to confirm that the blood which was found on the stone belonged to the deceased. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
