Lianhrima, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, assisted by Ms. Ruth Lalruatfeli, learned counsel. This is an application filed under Order 22 Rule 4 of the CPC for substitution of respondent No. 5 in the connected RSA No. 3 of 2025 and I.A.(Civil) No. 56 of 2025, by his son, Mr. Samuel Lalrohlua since the respondent No. 5, Mr. Lalkamlova died on 11.04.2025 and his son, Shri. Samuel Lalrohlua is the legal heir of the respondent No. 5. Notice be issued. Ms. Vanneihsiami, learned Govt. Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the State respondents. This court on considering the nature of the application, find it appropriate to allow the application, since no objection has also been raised by the learned Govt. Advocate. Accordingly, Mr. Lalkamlova, arrayed as respondent No. 5 in the connected Page No.# 4/4 RSA No. 13 of 2025 is hereby substituted by his legal heir and son, Mr. Samuel Lalrohlua, resident of Zonuam, Aizawl, opposite to UPC General Headquarters building, in the connected RSA No. 3 of 2025 and I.A.(Civil) No. 56 of 2025.
