The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 103/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 274, 275 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of Sri Milan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra. 3. During the intervening night of 06/07.06.2025, Hunterganj police on the basis of confidential information raided an illegal distillery and seized several empty bottles of liquor, cartons and levels of foreign liquor. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was not arrested at spot. It was further submitted that co-accused Mantu Saw @ Mantu Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 6798/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Milan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra or his successor in connection with Hunterganj P.S.
