ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners have filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition, which reads as under:-
“The under signed counsel for the Petitioners most humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to make the
order directing the Respondent Police not to take any precipitative/coercive steps against petitioners dated 09.01.2025 to be absolute and permit the Petitioners to withdraw the petition reserving liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the final report, if filed or if the situation arises and direct the Respondent Police to not to harass the Petitioners and to conduct the investigation only in accordance with law in the interest of justice.”
2. The said memo is taken on record. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In addition thereto, the interim order passed by this Court in the
