Mahalakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri K. Raghu Veer, learned counsel for petitioner, and Sri K. Ramalingeswara Rao, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3. 2. This contempt case has been filed seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for their willful disobedience of the order dated 17.06.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in W.P.No.14284 of 2025. 3. By aforesaid interim order, this Court has suspended G.O.Rt.No.82, Department of Tribal Welfare (Services), dated 09.06.2025, by which the writ petitioner, who was working as Executive Engineer (Tribal Welfare) at Seethampeta, was transferred and posted as Executive Engineer (Tribal Welfare) at Nellore. 4. After filing of present contempt case and issuance of notices, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3 has now placed on record proceedings bearing No.SOW04/2021(32)/22/2025 dated 21.08.2025 issued by the Chief Engineer, Tribal Welfare, Vijayawada, whereby the writ petitioner has been permitted to continue at the previous station i.e., Seethampeta, subject to outcome of vacate stay petition or the main writ petition. He has 4 also placed on record the proceedings bearing No.SOW04/2021 (32)/22/2025-1 dated 21.08.2025, whereby the unofficial respondent in the writ petition, who was transferred and posted in place of the petitioner at Seethampeta, has now been posted to Nellore, which is also subject to outcome of vacate stay petition or the main writ petition. 5. In view of the above proceedings issued in compliance with the interim order, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3 prays for dismissal of the present contempt case. 6. Having regard to the fact that appropriate proceedings have been issued in compliance with the interim order, this contempt case stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
