Present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure aggrieved by the FIR dated 4 24.10.2020 in Crime No. 181 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 304, 201, 34 of the IPC. The petitioners has filed the present petition with the following reliefs: “1. That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the petition and may quash the impugned FIR dated 24.10.2020 in Crime No. 181/2020 and entire charge sheet. 2. That the Hon'ble court may Quash the FIR and Discharge the present applicants from the Criminal Offence. 3. That the Hon'ble court may call for the entire records for its kind perusal. 4. That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass any other order as it may deem fit in the interest of justice.” 2.
