JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 24/07/2025 1. This petition in the nature of Habeas Corpus is filed by the father for production of his minor daughter-detenue. [2025:RJ-JP:27676-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-226/2025] 2. This Court vide order dated 21.07.2025 directed the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court on the next date of hearing. 3. The detenue has appeared in the Court and interacted with. Detenue is not ready to go with her father. The matriculation certificate is annexed with the petition, wherein the date of birth of the detenue is mentioned as 08.07.2008. As per date of birth, the detenue is minor, which is not disputed by both the parties. 4. In view of the above noted facts, the petition is disposed of with direction that the detenue be sent to the Rajkiya Balika Grah, Gandhinagar, Jaipur till she attains the age of majority. Parents of the detenue shall be at liberty to meet the detenue as per procedure. 5. A copy of this order be provided to the learned Government Advocate and a copy be sent to the Superintendent/Care Taker of Rajkiya Balika Grah, Gandhinagar, Jaipur for necessary compliance.
