The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daltonganj Mahila P.S. Case No.45 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 64(2)(d), 74, 126(2), 127(2), 238, 239, 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is nothing to do with the allegation and the false allegation has been made against the petitioner and in the identical situation, two co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.2626 of 2025 by order dated 08.05.2025 and in ABA No.3207 of 2025 by order dated 11.06.2025. He submits that the petitioner is the counselor of the Child Welfare Committee. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the investigation. 5. Considering that the petitioner is lady and she is the counsellor 2025:JHHC:26618 2 of the Child Welfare Committee and in the identical situation, two co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.2626 of 2025 by order dated 08.05.2025 and in ABA No.3207 of 2025 by order dated 11.06.2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau, in connection with Daltonganj Mahila P.S. Case No.45 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
