This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing the impugned notice under section 91 of Cr.P.C. dated 13.01.2025, issued by the respondent no.5-Circle Officer, Sadar/Investigating Officer, SIT, Siddharth Nagar, against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is willing to co- operate with the investigation and also willing to produced the documents demanded by the investigating officer. However, he has apprehension that as soon as he appears before the respondent no.5, he shall arrested. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and has also submitted that he has not received any instruction in this case. 5. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner will comply the notice issued by respondent no.5 and he will assist the investigation by producing whatever documents demanded by respondent no.5. However, the petitioner will not be arrested by the respondent no.5 during the investigation. 6. The petitioner will appear before the respondent no.5, within a period of 10 days from today alongwith certified copy of this order and co-operate with the investigation, being conducted by respondent no.5. 7. In case failure no benefit of this order shall accrue to the petitioner. 8. Petition stands disposed of finally.
