JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER 13.05.2025 Ms. Valentina Laldinpuii, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State respondents have revoked the termination of the contract of the petitioner and that the Bank guarantee, which was encashed, is being deposited in the Bank Account of the petitioner. Such being the development, she submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate agrees to the submission and also produced the Communication dated 25.11.2024, the contents of which as per the submission made by Ms. Valentina Laldinpuii.
