It is stated in the joint memo that the petitioner has agreed to vacate the scheduled premises within 3 months from today i.e, on or before 21.06.2025. The respondent has agreed to pay Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioner through a demand draft to the petitioner. The demand draft will be handed over to the petitioner on 01.04.2025 and on receipt of the same the petitioner has undertaken to furnish an acknowledgement for receipt of the demand draft. It is also agreed that if the petitioner does not vacate the scheduled premises as undertaken, the petitioner shall pay to the respondent a sum of - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:11949 CRP No. 369 of 2019 Rs.5,00,000/- as penalty for not adhering to the terms of the joint memo. 3.
