The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted and further action was dropped; and that the vehicle would be returned to the petitioner forthwith. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to return the petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.TN 25 T 1575, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
