3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the records. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 205 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. 5.Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in
order and post the appeal for hearing in the usual course.
