The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that since the dispute is with regard to Management of the temple, the complaint was closed, advising the parties to approach the Civil Court. 3. In view of the closure of the complaint, no further orders are required. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
