The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants had preferred an appeal against the impugned Order dated 07.08.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)-IV, Aizawl District in Civil Suit No. 115 of 2022, on the grounds that the learned Trial Court had erred in holding that the Civil Suit No. 115 of 2022 was barred by res judicata which is not the case, since the appellants were allowed to make a fresh claim in WA No. 39 of 2019 dated 24.11.2021. Page No.# 4/4 Appeal is admitted. Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Benjamin Lalthlamuana, learned Govt. Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the State respondents.
