ORDER: The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioners/Al and A2 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.190/2024 of Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur District. ` __------. I - ` FEE \ + 2) A case has been registered against the Petitioners and another initially for the offence punishable u/sec.324, 506 read with 34 IPC and later the seCt'lOn Of law Was altered tO See.307, 506 read with 34 lPC. 3) Caseofthe prosecution in briefiSthat: on o9.4.2024 at 3.30 pm, when the defaCtO COmPlainant G.Siva prasad Reddy, Advocate, was at the Parking Place Of YSRCP Central party office, Tadepalli, the Petitioners Who are also Advocates, along With others, came to him and attacked him and beat him with stones and sticks, as the defacto complainant made compla-lnt against the petitioners and others to the Anti Corruption Bureau. The defacto comPlainant sustained injuries and later he gave complaint to the Tadepalli police. 4) Heard. Perusedtherecord. 5) A perusal Of the material available On record Shows that the medical officer who rendered treatment to the 'lnjured and issued wound certificate slat-lng that the age of the wound is 4-6 hours as per history and opinion cannot be given as the patient left against medical advice from hospital without -Informing tO anybody. The wound certificate that ought to have been issued has not been placed before the Court. ln view of the said reason and more so, as the petitioners are pract'lcing Advocates, this Court is inclined tO COnSider the Prayer Of Petitioners for grant of anticipatory ba'll. fa± E=- 1=i-- r.jrty IIIllIIIl- 6) Accordingly, in the event of arrest of the petitioners/Al and A2 with regard to this crime, they shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,OOO/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses.
