The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus restraining/ preventing the respondents or any of their employees, officers from blacklisting the petitioner from participating in any future Government Contracts/ Tenders as threatened in Communications dated 30.03.2017 and 03.04.2017 vide Annexures-B and E. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. AGA on instruction submits that Annexures-B and E are only Communications issued to the petitioner and the petitioner is not blacklisted. A perusal of the Writ papers reflects that Annexures-B and E are only Communications issued to the petitioner and it has not been blacklisted. Hence, the apprehension of the petitioner is baseless.
