ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Sections 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), seeking to enlarge the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.22 of 2025 of Amarapuram Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 108 r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyana Sanhita, 2023. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 05.03.2025 at 9.00 a.m., the complainant lodged report stating that there are previous ill feelings between her husband T. Govindappa (deceased) and Accused Nos.1 to 3 with regard to some unknown persons burnt the motor cycle of the deceased about 8 months back; on that unable to bear the harassment made by Accused Nos.1 to 3, her husband committed suicide by handing to ceiling fan with cord .in his house. Basing on the report given by the complainant, a case has been registered against Accused Nos.1 to 3 for the offences punishable under Sections 108 r/w 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. Sri P. Narahari Babu, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have not committed any offence; they were falsely implicated in this case; the petitioners never altercated with the deceased nor abetted the deceased in committing suicide; they are ready to abide any

4. Per contra, Ms. P. Akhila Naidu the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits that the petitioners abetted the deceased by harassing with words and made him to commit suicide; that the investigation is pending; and urged to dismiss the bail petition. 5. Perused the record. 6. The allegation against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 is that they have criticized the wife of the deceased and picked up quarrel with him, due to which, unable to bear the words spoken by the petitioners against the wife of the deceased, the deceased took an extreme resort of committing suicide by hanging him^self to the ceiling fan. The petitioners are females aged about 44, 54 and 46 years respectively. 7. Considering the gravity of offence and nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioners and alleged role played by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to considerjhej-equest of petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail. 8.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions:
