Because action was not taken on such application, the present writ petition has been filed. 2. Learned Government Advocate submits that an inquiry notice was issued on 22.07.2025 and that such inquiry would be concluded within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. While the petitioner has produced a sale deed, the petitioner has been unable to produce patta either in his name or in the name of his vendor. It is stated that patta could not be obtained on account of the classification of the relevant property. 4.
