Notice be issued. Mr. James Vanlalnghaka, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Samuel Vanlalhriata Chhangte, learned standing counsel in NHIDCL and Ms Linda L. Fambawl, learned Addl. Advocate General for the State respondents along with Ms Baby Laldinzuali, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The learned counsels for the respondent submits that they have no objection to the instant application. In view of the above, this court find it fit to allow the impleadment application by allowing the applicants to implead the Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Lunglei District-cum-Competent Authority for Land Acquisition under the National Highways Act, 1956 as respondent No. 8 in the connected WP(C) No. 87/2024.
