Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the owner of Natham Survey No.603/6 has applied for rectification of an alleged FMB sketch error. After orders are passed on the said request, he submits that the petitioner's request for a survey would be taken up. He seeks four (4) months' time to complete the process. 3.
