The car belonging to the petitioner was seized in relation to Crime No.0113/2024, which was registered for offences punishable under Sections 74, 75, 115(2), 352, 351(2), and 79 of the BNS Act, 2023. 3. A coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 27.01.2024, granted an interim order staying further investigation in Crl.P No.13780/2024. 4. The petitioner’s grievance is that the Trial Court has not considered the application filed under Section 503 of the BNS Act, 2023, for the release of the car, which was seized by the police during the investigation. 5. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Trial Court to consider the application filed under Section 503 of BNSS, 2023, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
