The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Argora P.S. Case No.216 of 2021, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 448, 380, 34 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the false allegations are made against the petitioner and the petitioner happens to be the neighbour of the informant’s husband and he does not have any information about the ATM card, Navy card or land papers or breaking of lock nor he has any kind of involvement in this case. He also submits that false allegations are made of breaking of lock and take away the said documents. 4. He further submits that the petitioner has got no any criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 11 of the petition and one of the co- accused has been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in ABA No.1688 of 2022 by order dated 09.03.2022. ( 2025:JHHC:26475 ) 2 5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there are allegations against the petitioner of taking away the aforesaid articles. 6. Considering that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent and he happened to be neighbour of informant’s husband, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Ranchi, in connection with Argora P.S. Case No.216 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 8. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) R.Kumar
