Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that due to an error in the prayer portion of the writ petition a date was wrongly typed in the judgment. At the sixth line of paragraph 11 of the said judgment, instead of “04.09.2004”, the date should actually be “04.09.2008.” The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected. This order shall be treated as a part of the judgment passed and both the orders shall always be read conjointly.
