Heard the counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to modify condition No. 3 imposed in Crl.M.P. No. 4702 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police Station daily, morning at 10:00 a.m. and evening at 5:00 p.m. for a period of seven days.
