Case No. 233 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 80(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri P.N. Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. 3. Wife of the petitioner died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there was no mark of violence on the person of the deceased. It was further submitted that some of the family members of the deceased have stated that the deceased was of suicidal nature and prior to her marriage, she has attempted to commit suicide. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P.N.
