CMP Nos.19514 & 19515/23 and CMP(M) No.1807/23 Vide order dated 17.03.2023, the case at hand had been dismissed for non-prosecution. For setting aside the same, CMP No.19514 of 2023 has been filed. In the same, steps for the service of contesting respondents are being taken. On account of dismissal of the matter for non- prosecution, there is no interim order operating in the case at hand. The learned Executing Court is free to proceed with the execution of the decree. Steps for bringing on record LRs of deceased respondent No.1(a) and deceased respondent No.2 be positively taken within four weeks. It is made clear that if no steps are taken within the aforesaid period, then the matter shall be dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to this Court. (Bipin C.
