The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dandai PS Case No.29 of 2025, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 117(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 76, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there was case and counter case between the parties and entire family members have been made accused and there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that injury has been received by the son of the informant. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is direct allegation of assault upon Sanjay Saw-petitioner no.4 upon son of the informant and in that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.4 and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail in respect of petitioner no.4-Sanjay Saw is hereby rejected. 6. So far as petitioner nos.1,2 and 3 are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegation against them and in that view of the matter, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner nos.1,2 and 3. 6. Accordingly, petitioner nos.1,2 and 3, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioner nos.1,2 and 3, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa, in connection with Dandai PS Case No.29 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
