The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.11 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 20(b), 20(b)(ii) & 22 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda. It was submitted that 02 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from the shop of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was also submitted that the father of the petitioner has also been made accused and he has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 7073/2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda, in connection with Pathargama P.S.
